Viininvalmistus
The fruit for Pahlmeyer Chardonnay 2022 comes primarily from high-elevation parcels in Atlas Peak and the cooler Carneros plateau, where the microclimates allow for slow, even ripening and strong aromatic development. The wine is fermented and aged in French oak barrels, mostly new, with bâtonnage used to build texture and depth, while native yeasts help preserve a clear sense of place.
