In the glass, the wine shows a bright, luminous golden hue that hints at its concentration and finesse. The nose opens with citrus, green apple, white flowers, and a delicate layer of toasted nuts and vanilla from careful French oak aging. On the palate, it balances crisp acidity with a creamy texture, delivering layers of ripe orchard fruit, subtle mineral notes, and a gentle touch of spice. The finish is long, elegant, and harmonious. While already enjoyable now, it has the structure and poise to evolve gracefully over the next 5–7 years.

Sourced from the cool West Sonoma Coast, the wine benefits from Pacific fog and maritime breezes that slow ripening and preserve freshness in the Chardonnay grapes. This coastal terroir contributes both vibrancy and complexity, with naturally high acidity and a pronounced sense of place. The fruit is handled with care and aged in French oak barrels to add nuance without overshadowing the wine’s freshness and mineral character.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
Serve this Chardonnay with roast chicken, butter-poached seafood, lobster, or rich dishes such as mushroom risotto and creamy pasta. It also pairs nicely with soft cheeses and lightly seasoned grilled fish. Best served chilled, around 10–12°C, and decanting is generally unnecessary unless you wish to let the wine open up in the glass.
