Makuprofiili
In the glass, this Pinot Noir shows a bright, inviting ruby hue. The nose opens with layers of blackcurrant, cherry, and raspberry, lifted by earthy undertones and a subtle hint of spice. The palate is silky and finely balanced, with fresh red fruit at the core and nuances of violets, herbs, and gentle oak spice adding complexity. The acidity is vibrant yet polished, carrying the wine to a long, graceful finish. While already expressive, it should continue to develop attractive secondary notes with a few years of cellaring.

Sourced from Peay’s estate vineyards on the cool, windswept Sonoma Coast, this wine benefits from a terroir shaped by maritime influence, hillside plantings, and slow, even ripening. Decanting is optional, but a short aeration can help the wine open up if served young.
