Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque Luminous 2007 is one of Champagne’s most recognizable prestige cuvées, presented here in a rare illuminated bottle that adds an extra touch of exclusivity. Built on the house’s signature elegance, it showcases Chardonnay from Grand Cru villages such as Cramant and Avize, supported by Pinot Noir and a touch of Pinot Meunier for balance. Makuprofiili
In the glass, this vintage Champagne shines with a luminous golden colour and excellent clarity, edged with subtle apple-like reflections. The nose is refined and expressive, offering white flowers alongside notes of peach, pear, and lemon. On the palate, it is fresh and beautifully composed, with a delicate structure, fine bubbles, and a clean, elegant finish. The Chardonnay gives the wine its floral precision and tension, while Pinot Noir brings depth and Pinot Meunier softens the blend. It has strong ageing potential, but is already highly enjoyable thanks to its balance and finesse.

Viininvalmistus
This cuvée is crafted from 50% Chardonnay, 45% Pinot Noir, and 5% Pinot Meunier, with a strong emphasis on Grand Cru fruit from the Champagne region, especially the chalky, cool terroirs of Cramant and Avize. These vineyards are prized for producing Chardonnay with purity, minerality, and remarkable aromatic lift. The wine is aged for at least six years before release, allowing the blend to gain complexity and harmony.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
Serve at around 12°C to enjoy its freshness and aromatic detail. It pairs beautifully with refined seafood dishes, poultry, and richer vegetable dishes such as peach, turnip, or root vegetables, as well as elegant dishes featuring white fish or shellfish. Decanting is not recommended; instead, open shortly before serving to preserve the mousse and delicate aromatics.
