Perrier-Jouët Blanc de Blancs is a refined expression of Chardonnay, crafted to showcase the grape’s elegance, freshness, and floral character. Produced by the historic Champagne house Perrier-Jouët, founded in 1811, it brings together purity, finesse, and the house’s long-standing appreciation for craftsmanship and nature.

In the glass, it shows a clear golden hue with a fine, persistent mousse. The nose opens with bright citrus aromas of lemon and grapefruit, followed by white flowers such as acacia and honeysuckle, along with subtle notes of pear and peach. On the palate, it is crisp and graceful, with a silky texture, vibrant acidity, and a clean mineral edge that gives the wine real lift and precision. The finish is long, fresh, and delicate. While it is made for immediate enjoyment, its structure suggests it can develop additional complexity over a few years in bottle.

This Blanc de Blancs is made entirely from Chardonnay grapes sourced from some of the finest terroirs in the Champagne region, where chalky soils and cool growing conditions help preserve freshness and define the wine’s mineral backbone. The grapes are carefully harvested to protect their natural purity, and the wine is vinified to emphasize tension, aromatic clarity, and elegant texture.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
Ideal as an aperitif, this champagne also pairs beautifully with oysters, prawns, ceviche, sashimi, sushi, and fresh green salads. Serve well chilled at around 8–10°C. Decanting is not recommended; instead, open shortly before serving to preserve its lively mousse and delicate aromatics.
