Pale gold in the glass with fine, persistent bubbles, Grand Brut immediately signals its freshness and precision. The nose is delicate and inviting, showing white flowers, peach, pear, citrus zest, and hints of pineapple and grapefruit, all lifted by a clean mineral edge. On the palate, it is crisp and well-composed, with bright acidity, soft fruit, and a silky mousse that adds to its sense of elegance. The finish is refreshing and lingering, with citrus and floral notes lingering nicely. While ready to enjoy now, it will hold its character well over the short term, particularly if stored properly.

Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut is sourced from Champagne vineyards where chalky soils and a cool continental climate help preserve freshness and aromatic detail in the grapes. Chardonnay brings lift and elegance, while Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier add depth, texture, and roundness. The wine is carefully blended in the non-vintage tradition to achieve consistency and the house’s hallmark style, with extended cellar time helping to integrate the components and refine the mousse.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This Champagne is a versatile companion to oysters, sashimi, prawns, crab, sushi, and light canapés, as well as roast chicken or soft cheeses. Serve well chilled at around 8–10°C for the best expression of its freshness and finesse. Decanting is not recommended; instead, open it just before serving to preserve the lively bubbles and delicate aromatics.
