In the glass, it shows a luminous golden hue, hinting at its depth and concentration. The nose is expressive and layered, opening with white flowers, ripe peach, lemon cream, and subtle notes of vanilla and toast from oak aging. The palate is full-bodied and silky, with impressive concentration, a gentle mineral thread, and a vibrant line of acidity that keeps the wine fresh and balanced. There is plenty of length and nuance here, making this a Chardonnay with excellent aging potential, capable of gaining even more complexity over time.

Viininvalmistus
Belle Côte comes from an east-facing vineyard site in Knights Valley, where the cooler conditions support slow, even ripening and strong aromatic development. The grapes are hand-harvested to preserve quality and carefully vinified, with fermentation and maturation in French oak barrels. A high proportion of new oak adds structure, texture, and a refined layer of spice and toast without overpowering the fruit.

This Chardonnay pairs beautifully with rich seafood dishes such as lobster, scallops, or roasted turbot, as well as poultry with cream sauces, truffle dishes, and elegant mushroom-based preparations. Serve it lightly chilled, ideally around 10–12°C, and consider a short decant if the wine is still youthful, to allow its layered aromatics to खुल further.
