Ruoka & tarjoilu
This is an excellent match for seafood, grilled fish, shellfish, risotto with spring vegetables, light poultry dishes, and fresh cheeses. Serve chilled at around 8–10°C, and decanting is not necessary, though a brief period in the glass will help the aromas fully open.
