Makuprofiili
In the glass, this Barbaresco typically shows a bright garnet-red color with youthful ruby highlights. The nose is layered and expressive, bringing together red cherry, raspberry, rose petal, violet, and hints of spice, licorice, and dried herbs. With air, subtler notes of tobacco, earth, and orange peel can emerge, adding complexity and finesse. The palate is elegant yet firmly structured, with Nebbiolo’s signature tannins supporting a lively core of red fruit and savory nuance. Expect freshness, precision, and a long, mineral-driven finish that reflects the character of Barbaresco. While already appealing in youth with proper aeration, the wine has the balance and structure to develop beautifully over several years, gaining more tertiary complexity with bottle age.

Viininvalmistus
Bric Turot comes from a prized vineyard site in the Barbaresco area of Piedmont, where marl and limestone-rich soils, together with hillside exposures, help Nebbiolo ripen slowly and retain its natural acidity. The region’s cool climate and long growing season encourage aromatic intensity and fine tannin development. Harvest is typically carried out by hand to preserve grape quality, with vinification focused on gentle extraction and careful aging to showcase the vineyard’s finesse and structure.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This wine pairs beautifully with roasted game, braised beef, mushroom risotto, truffle dishes, and aged cheeses such as Parmigiano Reggiano or Pecorino. It is best served at around 16–18°C, and decanting for about one to two hours is recommended, especially if opening in its youth, to allow the aromatics to unfold and soften the tannins.
