Quintodecimo Irpinia Falanghina Via del Campo 2025 is a refined expression of Campania’s Irpinia terroir, crafted from 100% Falanghina with the precision and ambition that define Luigi Moio’s winemaking. This is a white wine that balances freshness, texture, and complexity, offering a more layered take on the variety while remaining beautifully true to its regional roots.

Makuprofiili
In the glass, it shows a clear golden-yellow color that hints at both ripeness and elegance. The nose is vivid and inviting, unfolding with notes of apple, banana, and pineapple, followed by more subtle saline and mineral nuances. On the palate, the wine has an enveloping structure and a fine sense of balance, with delicate menthol and lightly toasted sensations adding depth to the fruit-driven core. It finishes with impressive freshness and a mineral line that gives definition and length. While already expressive in youth, it has the structure and composure to develop further complexity over the next few years.

Viininvalmistus
Produced in Irpinia DOC in Campania, this wine comes from carefully selected Falanghina grapes harvested during the first ten days of October. Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes are hand-sorted on selection tables, then gently pressed and static settled before fermentation. The wine ferments partly in stainless steel and partly in French oak barriques at controlled temperatures between 6 and 14°C, followed by aging in both stainless steel and French oak, and an additional 8 months in bottle.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This Falanghina is an excellent match for seafood, shellfish, grilled fish, and refined Mediterranean dishes, where its freshness and mineral character can really shine. Serve chilled at around 10–12°C, and decanting is not necessary.
