Rippon Mature Vine Pinot Noir 2018 is a benchmark expression of Central Otago Pinot Noir, combining concentration, finesse, and remarkable ageing potential. Crafted from mature vines planted in the 1970s and shaped by the cool, alpine-influenced climate beside Lake Wānaka, it captures both the purity of the region and the depth that only old vines can deliver. Winemaker Nick Mills, trained at the legendary Domaine de la Romanée-Conti, brings a refined, Burgundian sensitivity to this highly distinctive New Zealand wine.
