Sourced from three distinct Napa Valley sites — Herb Lamb, Lore, and Panek — it brings together freshness, structure, and ripe fruit in a Cabernet that balances intensity with elegance.

Makuprofiili
In the glass, this is a dark, deeply colored Cabernet Sauvignon with immediate appeal. The nose opens with sun-ripened blueberries, black cherries, blackcurrants, black olives, liquorice, and a subtle hint of pine needles. On the palate, those same dark-fruited and savory notes carry through with richness and definition, wrapped in a smooth, drinkable texture. The finish is long and inviting, leaving you wanting another sip. While already highly approachable, it should also continue to evolve nicely over the next several years, gaining extra complexity with time.

This wine is built from fruit grown on three Napa Valley vineyard sites, each contributing a different dimension to the final blend: Herb Lamb adds freshness, Lore brings structure, and Panek contributes ripe fruit. The vineyards’ combined character creates a layered Cabernet with both power and finesse. The wine was matured in a 50/50 mix of new and used French oak barrels, helping to frame the fruit without overwhelming its elegance.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
Serve this Cabernet Sauvignon at around 16-18°C. It pairs beautifully with grilled ribeye, braised short ribs, roast lamb, hearty mushroom dishes, and mature hard cheeses. Decanting for 1-2 hours is recommended to allow the wine to open fully and show its aromatic depth.
