In the glass, this Pinot Noir shows an elegant, translucent ruby color typical of high-quality Pinot Noir. Almost all of the clusters are destemmed before pressing, and fermentation is carried out with native yeasts to preserve a more natural expression of the vineyard. The wine is matured in oak barrels with only 20% new oak, allowing the fruit and terroir to remain front and center rather than being overshadowed by wood.
