In the glass, it shows a bright, pale golden color. The nose opens with citrus, green apple, and pear, layered with gentle notes of toasted almond, vanilla, and a subtle mineral edge. On the palate, the wine is fresh and well balanced, with lively acidity, a rounded texture, and a long, clean finish. The oak is present but restrained, adding depth without overshadowing the wine’s coastal purity. While enjoyable now for its clarity and tension, it should also develop added complexity over the next few years.

This Chardonnay comes from carefully selected vineyards on the Sonoma Coast, where cool ocean influence, fog, and a long growing season help preserve freshness and aromatic detail. The grapes are hand-harvested to ensure quality and precision, then vinified with minimal intervention to let the vineyard character speak clearly. A portion of fermentation takes place in French oak barrels, and the wine is aged there as well to build texture and complexity while maintaining its natural vibrancy.

Serve this Chardonnay at 10–12°C to bring out its freshness and layered character. It pairs beautifully with fish and seafood, roast chicken, and light pasta dishes, and it also works well on its own as a polished aperitif-style white. Decanting is generally not necessary, though a short time in the glass can help open up its aromatic detail.
