In the glass, this Pinot Noir shows a bright, translucent ruby tone that hints at its finesse rather than weight. The nose opens with fresh raspberries, strawberries, mushrooms, sandalwood, mint, rose petals, and a gentle touch of clove, giving it both lifted fruit and savory complexity. The palate is concentrated yet vibrant, driven by red cherry, cola, orange peel, and a subtle thread of Oolong tea. It feels finely balanced, with a lively backbone and polished texture that make it approachable now, while still promising extra nuance with a few years in bottle.
