Viininvalmistus
The grapes for this vintage come primarily from the Rombauer family’s own vineyards in Carneros, a cool-climate region ideally suited to Chardonnay thanks to its maritime influence and balanced ripening conditions. Fruit was hand-harvested at the coldest time of day to preserve freshness, and whole clusters were pressed while still cool. The wine then matured for 9 months in a combination of French and American oak barrels, adding texture, spice, and the signature creamy richness that defines the house style.

Serve this Chardonnay slightly chilled, ideally around 10–12°C, to let its texture and aromatic complexity shine. It pairs beautifully with roast chicken, grilled lobster, creamy pasta dishes, buttery seafood, and rich dishes with a hint of sweetness, such as glazed pork or roasted squash. Decanting is not necessary, but a little time in the glass will help the wine open up even further.
