Ruinart Blanc de Blancs NV is a refined and unmistakably elegant Champagne that showcases the pure character of Chardonnay. Makuprofiili
In the glass, it shows a bright golden hue with a fine, persistent mousse. The nose is fresh and expressive, with citrus, green apple, white flowers, and delicate stone fruit, lifted by a subtle hint of brioche. On the palate, it is crisp, vibrant, and beautifully balanced, with a clean mineral edge and a soft, elegant texture that leads to a long, refreshing finish. While designed to be enjoyed for its youthful energy, it can develop additional complexity over a few years of cellaring. Its purity and tension make it a standout Blanc de Blancs, offering both precision and charm in equal measure.

Viininvalmistus
This Champagne is made exclusively from Chardonnay, with fruit sourced primarily from Premier Cru vineyards in the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims. These terroirs are known for producing grapes with freshness, structure, and aromatic finesse, which are key to the wine’s elegant profile. The grapes are harvested by hand, as required in Champagne, and vinified using traditional methods to preserve clarity, delicacy, and balance before blending and secondary fermentation in bottle.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
Ruinart Blanc de Blancs is an excellent aperitif and pairs beautifully with oysters, shellfish, sushi, grilled white fish, and light salads. It is best served well chilled, around 8–10°C, to highlight its brightness and finesse. Decanting is not recommended; instead, open shortly before serving to preserve the Champagne’s lively mousse and freshness.
