Makuprofiili
In the glass, this wine shows a deep ruby color that hints at its concentration and richness. The nose is layered with black cherry, ripe plum, and blackberry, lifted by floral notes of violet and refined accents of cedar, graphite, dark chocolate, espresso, and gentle spice. On the palate, it is silky and harmonious, with beautifully ripe tannins and a balanced line of freshness that keeps the wine lively and focused. The fruit core is dense yet graceful, supported by subtle mineral undertones and discreet, well-integrated oak. While already appealing in its youth, it has the structure and balance to develop further over the next 10 to 15 years.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This is a versatile wine for richly flavored dishes such as grilled ribeye, braised short ribs, roast lamb, duck breast, or mushroom-based dishes with depth and umami. Serve at 16–18°C for the best expression of its aromatics and texture. Decanting for 1–2 hours is recommended if opening young, to allow the wine to fully раскры its layered bouquet and soften the tannins.
