Makuprofiili
In the glass, this is a deeply colored, almost impenetrable red, hinting at the concentration within. The nose is intensely aromatic, with dark plum, blackcurrant tart, cassis, anise, nutmeg, and rose petals layered over subtle spice and oak. The palate is equally dramatic, delivering ripe dark plum and blueberry alongside pomegranate, liquorice, crushed stone, tobacco, sage, and a smoky edge. Despite its immense richness and structure, the wine remains finely tuned, with a finish that seems to go on indefinitely. This is a wine built for the long haul, with 30–40 years of aging potential ahead of it.

The 2019 vintage was crafted by winemaker Elias Fernandez and aged for 32 months in 100% new French oak barrels, a regimen that adds polish, spice, and additional depth to the wine’s already powerful profile. The result is a Cabernet Sauvignon of exceptional intensity, complexity, and precision.

This is a wine that calls for equally bold dishes, such as dry-aged ribeye, grilled lamb, venison, or slow-braised short ribs. It also pairs beautifully with truffle dishes, mushroom risotto, or mature hard cheeses. Serve at 16–18°C and consider decanting for several hours, especially if enjoyed young, to allow the wine’s layered aromas and firm structure to fully unfold.
