Makuprofiili
In the glass, this Chianti typically shows a bright ruby-red colour with youthful vibrancy. The nose leans toward fresh red berries, cherry, and subtle floral notes, with hints of spice and gentle earthy undertones adding complexity. On the palate, it is lively and medium-bodied, with juicy fruit, fresh acidity, and smooth tannins that give the wine a balanced, easy-drinking feel. The Sangiovese offers the wine its signature structure and lift, while Merlot brings roundness and Colorino contributes colour and a touch of savory depth. While enjoyable young for its freshness and fruit, it should also hold well for a few years in bottle.

It also works well with aged pecorino and other semi-hard cheeses. Serve at 16–18°C, and decanting is generally not necessary, although a brief airing can help open up the aromas if served shortly after opening.
