Crafted with Spottswoode's renowned Cabernet expertise, it blends fruit from the central estate vineyard with carefully selected Napa parcels to deliver impressive quality and consistency year after year.

In the glass, Lyndenhurst 2021 shows a deep ruby color that signals its rich, structured style. The bouquet is generous and layered, with aromas of blackcurrant, dark cherry, cedar, cocoa, and a subtle floral lift that adds finesse. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and beautifully balanced, with ripe fruit, silky tannins, and a smooth, harmonious texture. The Cabernet Sauvignon core is rounded out by Merlot, Malbec, Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Franc, adding complexity, depth, and freshness. Lyndenhurst 2021 is sourced from Spottswoode's estate vineyards and select premium sites across Napa Valley, bringing together fruit of strong character and regional expression. The blend is led by Cabernet Sauvignon and supported by small amounts of Merlot, Malbec, Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Franc, which contribute additional nuance and structure. After fermentation, the wine is aged in French oak barrels to refine its texture and enhance its elegant, layered profile.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This Cabernet Sauvignon pairs well with grilled ribeye, roast lamb, braised short ribs, and dishes featuring mushrooms, black pepper, or rosemary. Serve at 16-18°C for the best expression of fruit and structure. Decanting for 1-2 hours is recommended if drinking young, especially to open up the aromatics and soften the tannins.
