Pale gold in appearance with a fine, persistent mousse, this vintage Champagne opens with inviting aromas of citrus peel, white flowers, and subtle toasted brioche. With time in the glass, more nuanced notes of chalky minerality and delicate pastry emerge, adding depth and finesse. On the palate, it is both generous and precise, balancing bright acidity with a creamy, elegant texture. The finish is long, fresh, and layered, leaving impressions of lemon zest, white stone fruit, and gentle roasted complexity. The 2007 vintage is already expressive, yet it has excellent potential to develop further complexity over time, especially in this large-format bottle.
