Pale gold in the glass, this Chardonnay opens with an inviting nose of citrus, green apple, and soft floral notes. On the palate, it unfolds with layers of pear, peach, and a hint of pineapple, lifted by bright acidity and a polished, elegant structure. French oak aging adds depth and nuance, bringing subtle notes of vanilla, butter, and toasted almond without overpowering the fruit. The finish is long and harmonious, with enough balance and concentration to suggest good aging potential over the next several years.

Viininvalmistus
The grapes for this wine are hand-harvested from carefully selected parcels within Maresh Vineyard in Oregon’s Willamette Valley, an area known for its cool climate, warm daytime sun, and well-drained soils that help Chardonnay achieve both ripeness and freshness. Winemaking is done with precision and a light touch, with fermentation at low temperatures to preserve the wine’s delicate aromatics and pure fruit expression. After fermentation, the wine is aged in French oak barrels to build texture, complexity, and structure.

This Chardonnay pairs beautifully with shellfish, grilled fish, roast chicken, and creamy cheeses, where its acidity and subtle oak can complement richer flavors without overwhelming them. Serve chilled at 10–12°C, and decanting is generally not necessary, though a little time in the glass will allow its aromatics to open further.
