Sophie’s Vineyard benefits from the cool-climate conditions and varied soils of Willamette Valley, where warm days and cool nights help Chardonnay retain freshness while achieving full flavor development. The grapes are hand-harvested and carefully selected to ensure quality from vineyard to cellar. Fermentation is carried out at controlled low temperatures to preserve the wine’s delicate aromatics, followed by maturation in French oak barrels to add texture, depth, and subtle complexity.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This Chardonnay pairs beautifully with seafood, grilled fish, roast chicken, and creamy pasta dishes, where its acidity and texture complement rich or delicate flavors alike. Serve it slightly chilled at 10–12°C. Decanting is generally not necessary, though a brief aeration can help open the wine if served young.
