Bottled only in magnum and aged in Belle Glos’ cold cellars until its 2023 release, it stands out for its limited availability, wax seal, and distinctive presentation. This Pinot Noir pairs beautifully with roasted duck, mushroom risotto, game birds, herb-crusted lamb, or earthy dishes featuring truffle and root vegetables. Serve at around 16–18°C for the best expression of its aromatics and texture. A short decant is recommended if opening young after release, though older magnums may only need a gentle splash to open up.
