Viininvalmistus
The grapes come from 20- to 60-year-old vines planted on clay-limestone soils with varied textures, including stony ground, marl, and rocky subsoil, giving the wine both character and complexity. After harvest, the wine is aged for 16 to 17 months, with 30% matured in new barrels and the remaining portion first kept in tanks before spending time in older barrels, allowing the oak to support rather than overpower the fruit.
