Vaudoisey-Creusefond Auxey-Duresses 1er Cru Climat du Val Blanc 2022 is a refined Chardonnay from one of Burgundy’s most expressive terroirs, drawn from a tiny 0.11-hectare parcel dedicated to Chardonnay since 2015. This limited-production Premier Cru captures the elegance, precision, and mineral character that make Auxey-Duresses such a compelling source for premium white Burgundy.

Pale gold in the glass, this wine opens with delicate aromas of white flowers, ripe orchard fruit, and a subtle touch of vanilla. On the palate, it shows excellent finesse and structure, with a bright mineral core that carries through to a long, graceful finish. Its balance of freshness and texture suggests very good aging potential, allowing the wine to develop greater depth and complexity over time while retaining its precise, expressive style.

Made from Chardonnay grown in the Climat du Val Blanc, a small Premier Cru parcel in Auxey-Duresses, this wine reflects the distinct character of its Burgundy terroir. Ruoka & tarjoilu
Ideal with elegant dishes such as scallop risotto, seared scallops, shellfish, and fine fish preparations, this Premier Cru also works beautifully as an aperitif. Serve chilled, ideally around 10–12°C, and decanting is generally not necessary, though a short aeration can help the wine open up if enjoyed young.
