Viininvalmistus
The grapes for this wine come from Freedom Hill Vineyard in Oregon’s Willamette Valley, a site known for producing Chardonnay with outstanding aromatic detail and mineral tension. The fruit is harvested and sorted by hand, ensuring only the best clusters make it to the cellar, and the wine is then matured in a combination of new and used French oak barrels to add texture and subtle complexity without overshadowing the vineyard character.

This Chardonnay pairs beautifully with roast chicken, butter-poached lobster, seared scallops, grilled halibut, or creamy pasta dishes, as well as mushroom risotto and soft-ripened cheeses. Serve chilled at around 10-12°C, and consider a short decant if serving young to let the aromatics open up fully.
