Viininvalmistus
The grapes come from Freedom Hill Vineyard in Oregon's Willamette Valley, a site known for producing Chardonnay with tension, brightness, and mineral detail. Fruit is harvested and sorted by hand to ensure only the best grapes make it into the final blend. The wine is then matured in a mix of new and used French oak barrels, which adds subtle complexity and texture without overpowering the purity of the fruit.
