Makuprofiili
In the glass, this Chardonnay shows a bright, polished profile with a refined sense of purity. The nose opens with apple blossom, kaffir lime, and honeysuckle, followed by more subtle layers of white stone fruit and a gentle mineral edge. The palate is elegant and focused, delivering white nectarine, pear, and a distinct saline minerality. Crisp acidity supports a creamy texture, leading into a long, refined finish with hints of toasted nuts and light oak spice. It has the structure to age gracefully over the next few years, gaining additional depth and complexity.

Koosah Vineyard sits in the volcanic soils of Eola-Amity Hills, where cool Pacific breezes help preserve acidity and build aromatic intensity. The grapes are carefully grown for balance and complexity, then spontaneously fermented and aged in French oak barrels to enhance texture while keeping the fruit character clear and precise.

This Chardonnay pairs beautifully with fish, shellfish, roast chicken, or creamy pasta dishes, as well as richer preparations like lobster or scallops with butter sauce. Serve chilled, ideally around 10–12°C, and consider a short decant if you want to open up its aromatics and texture.
