Makuprofiili
In the glass, it shows the graceful translucency typical of fine Pinot Noir, inviting you in with an expressive, layered nose. Aromas of ripe red cherry, strawberry, cranberry, orange peel, mushroom, earth, and a subtle smoky note create a wonderfully nuanced bouquet. The palate follows through with bright red berry fruit, especially strawberry and cranberry, lifted by orange zest, earthy undertones, and a distinctive white pepper spice. It has both finesse and presence, with the structure to develop nicely over the next few years. If enjoyed young, a little air will help it open beautifully.

This wine is made from fruit sourced across select Eola-Amity vineyards, including Freedom Hill, Clos des Oiseaux, Sojourner, Prophet, and Justice. The Eola-Amity Hills are known for their cool, breezy conditions and volcanic soils, which help preserve freshness, lift, and aromatic intensity in Pinot Noir. The blend reflects a careful selection of site expression rather than a single-vineyard focus, aiming for balance, complexity, and regional character.

This Pinot Noir is a versatile partner at the table and works especially well with roast chicken, duck, mushroom dishes, grilled salmon, or earthy vegetarian plates. Serve it slightly cool, around 14–16°C, to highlight its freshness and spice. Decanting for 20–30 minutes is recommended if drinking now, though it can also be cellared for a few more years.
