Makuprofiili
In the glass, this wine shows a clear, pale golden color with a youthful sheen. The nose is refined and layered, opening on citrus, ripe pear, and white peach, then unfolding into delicate floral notes, toasted almond, and a gentle hint of vanilla and spice from oak aging. The palate is marked by a harmonious balance of lively acidity and a smooth, creamy mid-palate. Citrus-driven freshness gives the wine precision and lift, while mature stone fruit, a subtle mineral thread, and a long, clean finish add depth and structure. It is enjoyable now for its brightness and charm, but also has the potential to gain additional complexity with a few years of cellaring.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This Chardonnay pairs beautifully with roast chicken, grilled salmon, lobster, creamy pasta dishes, and mushroom risotto. It also works well with soft cheeses and dishes featuring subtle butter or herb accents. Serve chilled at around 10-12°C, and decanting is not necessary.
