The nose opens with juicy red cherries, layered with delicate wood spice and a fresh vanilla bean note from careful oak aging. On the palate, it is elegant and balanced, with silky tannins and a refined structure that keeps the wine feeling light on its feet while still giving it shape and depth. A subtle mineral edge adds freshness and interest, and the wine’s clean, bright finish suggests it will drink beautifully now while continuing to gain nuance over the next few years.

Viininvalmistus
This wine is made from younger vines at Vista Verde Vineyard on California’s Central Coast, with specially selected parcels chosen for their fruit-forward freshness and mineral character. The vineyard’s cool-climate influence helps preserve acidity and aromatic precision, which are key to the wine’s lifted style. After fermentation, the wine spent 11 months in French oak barrels, with 34% new oak, 34% one-year-old barrels, and 32% two-year-old barrels, allowing for subtle layering without overwhelming the fruit.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This Pinot Noir is a natural match for roast duck, grilled salmon, mushroom risotto, herb-roasted chicken, or dishes with earthy vegetables and mild spice. Serve slightly chilled, ideally around 14–16°C, to bring out its freshness and aromatic detail. Decanting is optional; a short aeration can help open the wine, but it is not necessary if serving soon after opening.
