Crafted from a refined blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, it balances richness and finesse in a style that has made this cuvée one of the maison’s most admired prestige bottlings.

In the glass, it shows a radiant golden hue with a fine, persistent mousse that signals both concentration and class. The bouquet is layered and graceful, unfolding with ripe citrus, toasted nuts, and subtle floral notes, alongside a discreet mineral edge that adds tension and lift. On the palate, the wine is harmonious and textured, offering a beautiful interplay of rich fruit, chalky minerality, and vibrant acidity. The Pinot Noir brings structure and breadth, while the Chardonnay lends freshness and a creamy, polished finish. Though already expressive, this vintage has the balance and complexity to develop further with short to medium-term cellaring.

This cuvée comes from carefully selected vineyard parcels in Champagne, where chalky soils and a cool continental climate help preserve freshness and bring precision to the fruit. Harvesting is done with the aim of selecting grapes at optimal ripeness, and the blend is assembled with great care to reflect both power and elegance. Vinification follows the house’s meticulous approach, designed to protect purity, texture, and aromatic detail while allowing the vintage character to shine through.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This Champagne is ideal with refined dishes such as seared scallops, lobster, oysters, sushi, or poultry with a light cream sauce. It also works beautifully with aged hard cheeses or truffle-accented dishes. Serve well chilled, around 8–10°C, and decanting is generally not necessary, though a brief aeration in the glass can help open up its more nuanced aromas.
