Champagne Marguet Sapience Brut Nature Premier Cru Bio 2013 is a refined and highly expressive vintage Champagne that showcases the house’s commitment to biodynamic and organic viticulture. Made from a classic blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier sourced from selected Premier Cru vineyards, it reflects both the precision of its terroir and the depth of the 2013 harvest.

Makuprofiili
In the glass, Sapience 2013 shows an elegant, fine mousse with a bright, luminous character. The nose opens with ripe orchard fruit, subtle spice, and a marked mineral edge, followed by layered notes that develop with air and time in the glass. On the palate, it is precise yet generous, balancing vibrant acidity with a broad, textured mouthfeel. Flavours of mature fruit, citrus peel, delicate brioche-like complexity, and chalky minerality unfold gradually, leading to a long, focused finish. Thanks to its structure and concentration, it has excellent aging potential and should continue to evolve gracefully over the coming years.

This cuvée comes from carefully selected Premier Cru vineyards in Champagne, where the chalk-rich soils and cool climate help preserve freshness, finesse, and aromatic intensity. Marguet works biodynamically and without artificial additives, with a strong respect for natural rhythms and biodiversity. The grapes are harvested by hand and vinified with minimal intervention to preserve purity, terroir expression, and the distinctive character of the vintage.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
A superb match for delicate shellfish, fine white fish, lobster, roast poultry, and dishes with truffle or subtle cream-based sauces. Serve chilled at 10-12°C to allow its complexity to fully emerge, and consider brief decanting only if you want to open up its more layered aromatic profile.
