Harvesting is done manually, with strict yield control and meticulous handwork throughout the vineyards, while vinification follows traditional methods designed to preserve precision, balance, and the estate’s distinctive character.

This is a wine to serve with equally refined and flavorful dishes such as roasted lamb, beef fillet, duck breast, game, or truffle-infused preparations. It also pairs beautifully with mature hard cheeses and rich sauces that can stand up to its depth and structure. Serve at around 16–18°C, and decanting is recommended if drinking young, ideally for a few hours to allow the aromas and texture to fully open.
