Viininvalmistus
The vineyards of Château Margaux sit on the gravel-rich soils of Margaux in Bordeaux, a terroir ideally suited to Cabernet Sauvignon thanks to its excellent drainage and ability to retain warmth. The estate is known for careful parcel selection, low yields, and a strong focus on preserving mature vines, which contribute to the wine’s depth and complexity. Harvesting is carried out with great precision, and vinification is designed to respect the fruit and structure of each parcel, followed by élevage in French oak barrels to refine the tannins and enhance aromatic precision.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This wine deserves equally refined food, such as roasted lamb, beef tenderloin, duck breast, venison, or dishes with truffle and mushroom elements. It also pairs beautifully with aged hard cheeses. Serve at around 16–18°C, and decanting is recommended if the bottle is showing youthful structure or sediment, though very old bottles should be handled more gently and tasted before extended aeration.
