Makuprofiili
In the glass, it shows a deep, intense ruby color that hints at its concentration and depth. On the palate, the wine is powerful and concentrated, yet beautifully balanced by fine tannins and vibrant acidity. Ruoka & tarjoilu
This wine pairs beautifully with grilled or roasted beef, duck, lamb, and mature hard cheeses, as well as rich dishes with earthy or savory elements. Serve it at around 16–18°C, and consider decanting for at least 1–2 hours if drinking young to allow the aromatics and tannins to open fully.
