In the glass, this Chardonnay shows a bright, youthful appearance, with a clear, polished lemon-gold hue. The nose is layered and inviting, opening with white peach, citrus, spring flowers, and a discreet smoky note that adds complexity and lift. On the palate, it is texturally generous and mouth-filling, with fleshy stone fruit and fresh citrus framed by crisp acidity. There is a subtle nuttiness and a well-judged influence of new oak that adds shape without overpowering the fruit. Elegant and structured, it finishes long and focused, and while it is already impressive in its youth, it should also reward short- to medium-term cellaring.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This Chardonnay pairs beautifully with roast chicken, grilled fish, lobster, creamy seafood dishes, and poultry in richer sauces. It also works well with dishes featuring mushrooms, roasted root vegetables, or lightly nutty cheeses. Serve chilled, ideally around 10–12°C, and consider brief decanting if you want to open up its aromatic layers and texture.
