The grapes are typically harvested with precision at optimal maturity, then vinified to emphasize site character and texture, with fermentation and oak maturation used to build complexity rather than overpower the fruit.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This Pinot Noir pairs beautifully with roasted duck, lamb, mushroom risotto, grilled salmon, and dishes with earthy or umami-driven flavors. Serve it slightly below room temperature, around 14–16°C, to let the aromatic detail and freshness shine. Decanting is not essential, but a short decant of 20–30 minutes can help open the wine if enjoyed young.
