In the glass, it shows the polished, luminous character expected of a great vintage Champagne, with a fine, persistent mousse and a bright, elegant presence. The nose is layered and expressive, opening with ripe citrus, white flowers, and stone fruit, before unfolding into notes of brioche, toasted almond, and subtle mineral tones. The palate is full-bodied yet beautifully composed, with a creamy texture, vibrant acidity, and a long, refined finish that lingers on freshness and finesse. Thanks to its structure and the generous Methuselah format, it has strong aging potential and can continue to evolve gracefully over time, gaining even more depth and complexity.

Viininvalmistus
Produced in the Champagne region of France, Dom Pérignon 2000 comes from a year marked by challenging but ultimately rewarding weather conditions, which helped produce grapes with excellent ripeness and freshness. The cuvée is based on Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, selected to create harmony, tension, and depth, and the large-format bottling allows the wine to mature more slowly, preserving freshness while building complexity over the years.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This Champagne is excellent as an aperitif and pairs particularly well with shellfish, delicate fish dishes, caviar, and light poultry preparations. Serve chilled at 8-10°C to bring out its aromatic detail and elegant structure, and decanting is generally not necessary unless the bottle has aged extensively and needs a little time to fully open.
