The wine shows a deep, mature rosé hue with a luminous presence in the glass. On the nose, it offers an alluring mix of ripe raspberry and wild strawberry, lifted by floral notes of iris and violet, creating a bouquet that feels both generous and elegant. On the palate, it is rich and juicy, with a silky texture and impressive depth. A clear mineral streak brings precision and balance, while the finish tightens into a more structured, slightly more linear close with hints of green flowers. This is a Champagne with excellent aging potential, able to develop further complexity over time while preserving its freshness and poise.

Dom Pérignon Rosé is born from the Champagne terroir, where chalky soils and a cool climate lend freshness, tension, and mineral drive to the wines. The blend is built around Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, with the latter playing a central role in shaping the wine’s color, structure, and expressive red-fruit character. After careful harvesting and vinification, the wine spends approximately nine years maturing in the cellar before release, allowing it to gain depth, harmony, and the refined mousse that defines the house style.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
Serve this Champagne well chilled, ideally around 8-10°C, to preserve its freshness and aromatic detail. It pairs beautifully with refined dishes such as lobster, tuna tartare, duck breast, or salmon, and also works wonderfully with dishes that feature red berries or subtle spice. Decanting is generally not necessary, though a short period in the glass can help the wine fully open and reveal its layered character.
