The palate is beautifully integrated, elegant, and tightly composed, yet with a generous, almost meaty breadth. It finishes soft and exotic, carrying impressive length and energy. Thanks to its Plénitude 2 release, this wine is at a heightened stage of expression now, but it should continue to develop gracefully over time.

Produced in Champagne, France, Dom Pérignon Rosé P2 1995 is made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, sourced from the region’s finest vineyard sites. The 1995 vintage was carefully harvested and vinified to preserve freshness, structure, and aromatic detail, before undergoing long cellar aging that allowed the wine to move into its second plénitude and reveal greater intensity and complexity.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This rosé Champagne pairs beautifully with dishes that can match both its delicacy and depth, such as lobster, tuna tartare, duck breast, game birds, or richly flavored mushroom dishes. Serve chilled at around 8–10°C. Decanting is generally not necessary, but a brief aeration in the glass can help open the wine’s layered aromas.
