Viininvalmistus
The grapes for La Vieille Maison are hand-harvested and carefully sorted to ensure only the best fruit is used. After gentle pressing, fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled tanks with native yeast, followed by 12 months of aging in a mix of oak barrels and stainless steel tanks, which helps preserve both texture and freshness.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This wine pairs especially well with shellfish, poultry, and creamy cheeses, where its aromatic depth and supple texture can shine. Serve it slightly chilled, ideally around 10–12°C, and decanting is not necessary, though a short aeration can help open up its floral and stone-fruit aromas.
