In the glass, it shows a brilliant golden hue with exceptional clarity. The nose is refined and layered, opening with white flowers, lemon zest, green apple, and ripe pear, followed by delicate notes of toasted almond, butter, and vanilla from careful oak aging, all lifted by a subtle smoky mineral edge. The palate is deeply structured and unfolds gradually, beginning with vibrant citrus and evolving into flavors of honey, hazelnut, and brioche. The texture is silky and precise, balanced by an electric acidity that keeps the wine lively and focused. A chalky, saline minerality carries through the finish, leaving a long impression of purity, tension, and finesse. Chevalier-Montrachet is one of the highest and most esteemed Grand Cru vineyards in the Côte de Beaune, where the elevated position contributes to vivid acidity and pronounced mineral character.
