In the glass, the wine shows a bright, luminous golden hue that hints at both freshness and mature complexity. The nose is layered and expressive, with citrus peel, white flowers, ripe pear, and subtle toasted oak, gradually opening to reveal honey, hazelnut, and a fine flinty character. The palate is beautifully structured and finely balanced, moving from lemon and green apple to a creamy texture shaped by notes of butter, vanilla, and roasted almond. A precise, driving acidity gives the wine energy and lift, carrying the finish into a long, refined aftertaste marked by saline minerality and chalky nuances. While already compelling, it also has excellent aging potential and can continue to develop for 10 to 15 years, gaining deeper nutty and honeyed tones.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This is a superb match for rich seafood and refined dishes such as lobster, truffle risotto, or sole meunière, as well as poultry in creamy sauces and aged hard cheeses. Serve it lightly chilled, ideally around 11–13°C, to let the aromatics and texture fully unfold. Decanting is not essential, but a short aeration can be beneficial if the wine is enjoyed young.
