Graham's Porto Fine White

Graham's Porto Fine White is a classic white port from the Douro, crafted entirely from traditional indigenous grapes such as Códega, Malvasia Fina, Rabigato, and Viosinho. Fresh, delicate, and highly versatile, it offers a lighter take on fortified wine while reflecting the long-standing Port tradition of the region.

Pale straw in colour, with a bright, inviting appearance, Graham's Fine White shows fresh aromas of citrus, orchard fruit, and gentle floral notes, with a subtle touch of nuttiness behind it. The palate is lively and smooth, balancing sweetness with a crisp, refreshing finish that makes it especially appealing served chilled. Its youthful style is best enjoyed for its freshness rather than long aging, though it will hold well for a period after release if stored properly. The absence of skin contact during production helps preserve its clean, delicate character and easy-drinking profile.

Viininvalmistus
Produced in Portugal's Douro Valley, this white port is made from traditional local grape varieties grown in a region defined by steep terraced vineyards, schist soils, and a hot, dry climate that helps concentrate flavour. The grapes are harvested from selected vineyard sites and vinified without any contact with the skins, preserving brightness and finesse in the final wine. As a fortified style, fermentation is stopped early to retain natural grape sweetness before ageing and blending.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
Serve well chilled, ideally between 6 and 10°C, as an aperitif or alongside light desserts, salted almonds, dried fruit, or creamy cheeses. It also works beautifully with citrus-based puddings and can be served over ice with a slice of lemon for a refreshing aperitif-style serve. Decanting is not necessary.
