Henriot Blanc de Blancs Champagne NV is a refined expression of Chardonnay, crafted exclusively from Henriot’s own vineyards and built on the house’s signature multi-vintage blending philosophy. The result is a Champagne of striking purity, elegant depth, and a sense of layered complexity that has defined Henriot’s style since the 19th century.

Makuprofiili
In the glass, it shows a luminous, finely textured character with a lively mousse and an impression of freshness and precision. The nose is expressive yet poised, offering notes of flambéed pineapple, bright citrus, wet chalk, and subtle pastry-like aromas. On the palate, it is silky and vibrant, with a velvety structure balanced by remarkable freshness, leading to a long, elegant finish. Thanks to its depth and cellar aging, it has the balance to develop beautifully over time. The wine’s combination of exotic fruit, chalky minerality, and delicate bakery nuances gives it both charm and sophistication, making it a Blanc de Blancs with real personality and finesse.

Viininvalmistus
This Champagne is sourced exclusively from Henriot’s own Chardonnay vineyards, giving the house complete control over quality and expression. The multi-vintage blend brings together wines from different sites and growing seasons to create harmony, richness, and complexity, while the wine is then aged in the cellar for a minimum of three years before release to build texture and integrate the flavors.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
Ideal with shellfish, oysters, sashimi, ceviche, roast chicken, or fine creamy cheeses, this Champagne also works beautifully as an aperitif. Serve chilled at around 8–10°C, and decanting is not recommended; instead, open shortly before serving to let its freshness and aromatic detail shine.
