Henriot Cuve 38 Blanc de Blancs Magnum

Henriot Cuvée 38 Blanc de Blancs Magnum is a refined expression of Chardonnay from one of Champagne’s most respected houses. Crafted as a tribute to the grape’s elegance and Henriot’s deep heritage, this non-vintage cuvée uses a perpetual reserve approach drawn exclusively from Grand Cru vineyards to build remarkable depth, continuity, and precision.

Makuprofiili
In the glass, it shows a luminous pale gold color with a fine, persistent mousse that speaks to its finesse. The nose is graceful and layered, opening with citrus, white flowers, toasted almonds, and subtle brioche notes, all underlined by a distinct mineral edge. On the palate, it is silky and beautifully balanced, with lively acidity giving lift and clarity to the wine’s textured, finely composed character. The finish is long and persistent, with enough structure and reserve complexity to suggest excellent aging potential, particularly in magnum format.

Viininvalmistus
Henriot Cuvée 38 Blanc de Blancs is built from Chardonnay sourced exclusively from Grand Cru sites, with reserve wines continuously blended in a solera-like perpetual reserve system. This method helps preserve consistency while adding complexity and layered maturity. The result is a Champagne shaped by premium terroir, careful selection, and a vinification approach designed to highlight purity, freshness, and nuance.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This Champagne pairs beautifully with oysters, caviar, sashimi, scallops, and delicate white fish dishes, as well as light preparations featuring citrus or cream sauces. Serve well chilled at around 8–10°C, and decanting is not recommended; instead, open shortly before serving to preserve its freshness and fine mousse.
