La Spinetta Barolo Garretti is a refined expression of Nebbiolo from one of Piedmont’s most admired producers. Crafted with an organic approach and shaped by the Rivetti family’s long-standing passion for the Langhe, it offers a beautifully pure and authentic take on Barolo, combining elegance, structure, and remarkable aromatic depth.

Makuprofiili
In the glass, this Barolo shows the classic translucent ruby-garnet hue expected of Nebbiolo, with youthful brightness and finesse. The bouquet is layered and expressive, unfolding with red berries, dried mushrooms, and roasted hazelnuts, alongside the subtle floral and earthy complexity that gives Barolo its signature appeal. On the palate, Garretti is full-bodied and rounded, yet never heavy, with silky tannins and a long, memorable finish. The wine balances richness with precision, and its structure suggests excellent aging potential, allowing its aromas to gain even more depth and nuance over time.

Viininvalmistus
Garretti comes from Barolo DOCG in Piedmont, where Nebbiolo thrives in the region’s limestone-rich, well-drained soils and cool continental climate. The grapes are organically grown and carefully harvested to preserve freshness and purity, then vinified with the aim of expressing both the character of the vineyard and the elegance of the variety.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This Barolo is an excellent match for truffle dishes, braised meats, mushroom risotto, game, and aged cheeses. Serve it at 16–18°C to allow its aromatic complexity to shine, and consider decanting for about an hour, especially in its youth, to soften the tannins and open the bouquet.
